To switch sending emails from Junip to an integration partner, you'll need to do the following:

  1. Turn off the "auto solicit" feature in Junip (Settings > Solicitation Settings)
  2. Turn on your flow in your marketing platform

After following these steps, there will be a small period where reviews were not requested. If you want to collect reviews for this period, you can run a campaign from within Junip. Before you run the campaign, you will need to know what your message time delay is in Junip (Settings > Solicitation Settings). You will also need to know how long it typically takes you to fulfill and order. We'll call these the 'message delay' and 'fulfillment time'.

Create a new campaign in Junip (Messages > Campaigns > Create campaign).

  • To determine the start date, take the date you switched sending emails from Junip to Klaviyo and subtract your message delay and fulfillment time. For example, if you switched from Junip to Klaviyo on August 20th, your message delay is 6 days, and your fulfillment time is 4 days, then you would set the campaign start date to August 10th.
  • To determine the end date, take the date you switched sending emails from Junip to Klaviyo and subtract your message delay. For example, if you switched from Junip to Klaviyo on August 20th and your message delay is 6 days, then you would set the campaign end date to August 14th.

In summary, switching from Junip to your ESP is fairly straight forward, but collecting reviews for the missed period is a little more tedious. Just be sure to keep track of when you turn off "auto solicit" and turn on your flows in your marketing platform. We're here to help if anything is unclear!
