Congrats on taking the first step to a better review experience! To import reviews from Shopify Product Reviews into Junip, just follow the steps below:
How To Export Your Reviews From Shopify Product Reviews
From your Shopify admin, go to Apps > Product Reviews
Click 'Settings' at the top
Click 'Actions' > 'Export'. This will automatically download a .csv file in your browser that contains all of your reviews
That's it! You can now go to the Manage Reviews section of your Junip admin to bring over your Shopify Product Reviews.
