Congrats on making the first step towards a better review experience! To export your reviews from Okendo and import them into Junip, just follow the steps below:
How To Export Your Reviews From Okendo
Go to your Okendo dashboard > 'Settings'.
Go to the 'Import/Export' section and click the export icon under the reviews column.
In the pop up, select 'All time' and then click 'Request Export'. A .csv file containing all of your reviews will then be sent to the account owner's email address.
That's it! You can now go to the Manage Reviews section of your Junip admin to bring over your Okendo reviews.
