Congrats on making the first step towards a better review experience! To export your reviews from REVIEWS.io and import them into Junip, just follow the steps below:

Note: REVIEWS.io only lets merchants on the Professional plan ($149) and above export their reviews directly from the dashboard (super unfair, we know!).
If you're on a lower plan and would like to export your reviews, the best way to get them is by starting a new support chat with their team and asking for a full export of your reviews for "some data research".
How To Export Your Reviews From REVIEWS.io
Go to your REVIEWS.io Dashboard > 'Analytics' > 'Export Reviews'
Select 'Product Reviews'
To export all of your product reviews, input the following values in each field:
Date From: the date of your first review submission Date To: today's date
Minimum Rating: 1 Maximum Rating: 5
Include Moderated Reviews: Yes
Email Reviews To: insert your email address that you'd like the export file to be sent to
Click 'Export Reviews' and a .csv file of your reviews will be sent to the email address you inputted earlier
That's it! You can now go to the Manage Reviews section of your Junip admin to bring over your reviews from REVIEWS.io.
