Junip uses the delivery data from your order tracking & delivery apps to help you send review requests at the right time, every time. Kick off your review request flows based on order delivery triggers and prevent negative reviews from customers asking "Where is my order?".
See here for a list of the order tracking & delivery apps that Junip works with and a few notes on how to setup the integrations:
Wonderment
Use Wonderment's delivery events in Shopify to trigger review requests only when a customer has received their package. To find more information on how to set this up, check out this help doc from the Wonderment team.
Note: once you've updated the trigger to "order delivered" to leverage delivery data with Wonderment, make sure to update the standard time delay and to add a fallback delay. More on those here.
Rush
Use Rush's delivery events in Shopify to trigger review requests only when a customer has received their package. To find more information on how to set this up, check out this help doc from the Rush team.
AfterShip
Use AfterShip's delivery events in Shopify to trigger review requests only when a customer has received their package. To set up the integration, you can follow the steps below:
Go to your Junip admin > Integrations > AfterShip > click 'Install'
After entering your AfterShip webhook secret, click 'Done'
Complete the app setup by entering your Webhook URL in your Aftership admin panel (Note: this step is very important and is required in order for the integration to work!)
When adding a webhook URL in AfterShip, you may see some optional fields, including:
Webhook version: you can select the latest version available. Selecting legacy will also work.
Enable OAuth 2.0: if not relevant, you can leave this unchecked.
Client certificate: if not relevant, you can leave this unchecked.
It's recommended to test the webhook to ensure you're getting a success response.
Update the Trigger event in your Junip Post-purchase review request flow so it uses 'AfterShip - Order delivered'
Update the standard time delay now that it considers order delivery (instead of order fulfilled) because it will likely be shorter. It's also very important that you add a fallback time delay (this should not be set to 0). More on that here.
Malomo
Use Malomo's delivery events to trigger review requests only when a customer has received their package. To set up the integration, you can follow the steps below:
Go to your Junip admin > Integrations > Malomo > click 'Install'
Enter your Malomo private API key and click 'Install'
After installing the integration, update the Trigger event in your Junip Post-purchase review request flow so it uses 'Malomo - Order delivered'
Update the standard time delay and add a fallback time delay in your flow.
