Congrats on taking the first step to a better review experience! To import reviews from Loox into Junip, just follow the steps below:
How To Export Your Reviews From Loox
Go to your Loox Dashboard and navigate to the 'Reviews' tab at the top.
In this view, click 'Export all reviews to .csv file'. This will automatically download a .csv file in your browser that contains all of your reviews from Loox.
That's it! You can now go to the Manage Reviews section of your Junip admin to bring over your Loox reviews.
