Junip's integration (MCP) with Claude allows you to query your reviews & review data conversationally.
How to connect Junip & Claude (Web):
From homepage > Customize > Connectors > "+" button (Add Connector), or visit this direct link: https://claude.ai/customize/connectors?modal=add-custom-connector
2. You'll then need to add Name, Remote MCP Server URL, OAuth Client ID & OAuth Client Secret following the exact details listed in your Junip account here: https://admin.juniphq.com/integrations/claude
Approve the authorization from Junip when prompted (you should be taken to Junip's Admin to do this)
Click Configure to set tool permissions (auto-approve, ask each time, or never allow).
How to connect Junip & Claude (Claude Code):
Paste this into Claude Code & tell Claude to set it up. "Configure Junip MCP with URL: https://apid.juniphq.com/mcp"
Then complete authentication when prompted.
Once you're connected
Claude now has access to all your reviews!

Find ad copy:
"We sell x. Look through our reviews from Junip for the last 30 days & find patterns in how our customers are talking about our products. Use their exact words to suggest 10-20 new ad hooks."
How's a new product doing:
"Take a look at the reviews from Junip for xyz product name & compare the sentiment to reviews from our other products. Call out any difference in sentiment (with examples)."
Great reviews for a specific product + use case:
"I'm looking for a couple specific product reviews that mention xyz to feature in a new email campaign. Can you find me 2 great reviews that mention xyz in Junip & include a link to the Admin where I can find them?
The Admin link structure is: https://admin.juniphq.com/reviews/REVIEW-ID. So just use the review ID for each to build me the Admin link."
