Junip's pinned review feature let's you mark a review as pinned so it will show up first in the review section of product pages.
What to know about Pinned Reviews
Pinned reviews only apply to the Product review section widget. Storewide widgets such as the Homepage carousel or Storewide reviews page, will not display pinned reviews first.
There is a maximum of 1 pinned review per product.
If a product belongs to a Product Group, Junip will display the most recently pinned review for any product within the group.
How to Pin a review
To pin a review, find the review you'd like to pin in the Reviews section of your Junip admin.
Click on the review and select "Pin review" from the "Actions" menu in the top right corner of your screen.
Once a review is marked as pinned, it will show as the first review in your review section and be marked with a small pin icon (see below for example).
In your Junip admin, a review that is marked as pinned will have a blue "Pinned" badge (see below for example).
