Review tags are a way to organize and manage the reviews you collect with Junip. For example, you can create a tag called "Marketing" to keep track of reviews you want to feature in marketing materials.

Tags can be created in the "Tags" section of individual review pages within your Junip admin. Create a new tag by entering the name in the text bar > click "Create tag" > then press "Save".

Once a tag is created, it can be used again and applied to other reviews in your account. A review can also be assigned multiple tags.

To view all of the reviews that belong to a specific tag, you can use the "Tag" filter at the top of your Reviews section in your admin to filter reviews by specific tags.

You can also export a copy of all your reviews to include their review tags. To do this, press the "Export reviews" button in the top right corner of the Review section > check off the "Include review tags" option > then press "Export".
