If you're migrating to Junip from a review vendor that we do not already have import support for, you can use our import template to bring over your reviews.
This sheet contains the format you need to use to import reviews: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1H1yk5AES8QoNEFvGVUQp41yqXWyM-MM_bfT_cepzRj4/edit?usp=sharing
We recommend making a copy of this sheet and editing it using Google Sheets. Excel often has issues with large numbers (ie Product IDs) and wants to convert them to scientific notion (which makes your import unreadable).
When your sheet is ready, you can import it using the "Custom" option here: https://admin.juniphq.com/imports
Acceptable content:
When bringing content into Junip, you must only upload real, genuine, unedited reviews that were gathered from customers (ie not scraped or self-generated). This helps customers have confidence in your reviews, and is required with FTC review rules.
β
We do not support scraping reviews from third party websites (ie Amazon). On import, Junip will analyze your data & mark verified buyers appropriately.
Advanced:
I have custom questions, how do I import those?
I have custom questions, how do I import those?
If you have custom questions with your reviews (ie "Age" or "Taste"), you need to first create those questions in your Junip Admin.
Then, once those questions are created, you can use the following template to import your reviews with custom questions: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1MFksgJr5oll-eE3ak3YYrE2-1SkwO537yXON_dykkzk/edit?gid=509562257#gid=509562257
That template just adds additional columns for the different question types. You can still import using the "Custom" option here: https://admin.juniphq.com/imports
