In this doc we'll list out the different widgets we offer, their functionality, and how they should each be used.

Product Reviews Widget

The Product Reviews Widget displays reviews for a specific product and includes a "Write a Review" button, allowing customers to submit a review for that product.

Because it’s tied to a single product, this widget should only be used on product pages.

Storewide Reviews Widget

The Storewide Reviews Widget displays both product and store reviews in two separate tabs:

  • Product Reviews: Shows reviews from all products across your store.

  • Store Reviews: Shows only store-level reviews and includes a "Write a Review" button.

Customers can only submit store reviews through this widget. It does not support product review submissions, since it doesn’t associate with any specific product.

You can place the widget anywhere on your site, but it's most commonly used on a dedicated reviews page.

Review Carousel

The review carousel widget can be used to highlight specific reviews and can be placed anywhere on your website. This widget doesn't have the functionality for users to submit reviews.

UGC Gallery

The UGC Gallery widget displays the media from all of your product reviews and can be placed anywhere on your website. This widget doesn't have the functionality for users to submit reviews.
