How do I check my plan?
You can view your current billing plan here: https://admin.juniphq.com/settings/billing
You'll always get to use your remaining trial time, even when you approve a billing plan.
Where can I find my invoice?
We send a monthly invoice to the email address associated with your billing. You can also download past invoices by going to your Junip admin > Billing settings, then clicking 'View paid invoices'.
How can I update my billing address?
You can update the email address invoices by going to your Junip admin > Settings > Billing > click on Update payment method and input the new information. Note: this will require you to re-enter your card information.
