When replying publicly to reviews, Junip displays the user's first name and the first letter of their last name.

For example, if a user name in Junip was set to Jane Smith, the name on the reply would be displayed like this:

To change the name displayed on public review replies, head to the User Settings of your Junip admin > edit the first & last name fields, then hit 'Save'.

Once these changes are saved, the name will be updated on past review replies and future replies! Note: it may take a minute for you to see changes due to cache (more on cache here).
