In Junip, you can choose how you want the name on review replies to be displayed.
If you head to Settings > Review Reply Settings in your Junip admin (https://admin.juniphq.com/settings/review-replies), you can set the replies to be published under a team member's name or your store name.
Note: changing the setting only affects new review replies. Historical responses won't be changed.
