Junip makes it easy for you to write responses to your reviews.
Responding to reviews is a great way to show your gratitude, make your reviews come alive & add colour to reviews that may make a critique of your product.
To write a reply, head to Reviews. Then simply select a review & write your response in the response text box. Hit 'reply' & your reply is live on the site! If you'd like the customer to be notified of your reply, check "Notify customer of your response".
If you'd like to edit a reply just click the 'edit' icon next to the existing reply, input the edited text, and hit 'save'.
