Adding custom questions to your import template:

  1. Create the custom questions in your Junip Admin - this must be done before importing your reviews

  2. Add a column for each individual custom question, then include the value in the spreadsheet similar to the rest of the fields

When adding a "linear scale" question...

  • the syntax is "trait_Example Trait"

  • for example, if my trait were "Fabric Quality" the column would be titled "trait_Fabric Quality"

Example of multiple choice or written answer format when importing reviews
  • note: you must use the exact same value that you have entered for the "Display Name" of the question that you created in Junip admin for it to successfully import. This is case sensitive.

  • the value in the column would be 1-5 for each review that has this property.

When adding a "multiple choice" or "written answer" question...

  • the syntax is "attr_Example Question"

  • for example, if my custom question were "Skin Type" the column would be titled "attr_Skin Type".

Example of multiple choice or written answer format in

  • this must also match exactly to what exists in Admin for the Display Name.

  • the value in the column would be "Dry", "Oily", etc - whatever the answer is.

Did this answer your question?
