To delete your account in Junip, start by removing Junip's displays from your store theme. Depending on how you installed Junip & what theme version you use, removing the snippets will differ.

If you're using a Shopify 1.0 / Vintage theme and used the auto-installer, head to your On-site section in Junip and click "Remove snippets".

If you're using a Shopify 2.0 theme, go to your theme customizer and disable the Junip app embed from the list of app embeds. Then you'll need to delete the Junip review blocks that you added throughout your store.

Once the Junip displays have been removed, you can go to your Shopify Admin > Settings > Apps and sales channels > find Junip under the list of installed apps and press "uninstall".

Once the app is uninstalled from your store, Junip will delete your account and account data within 2 days.
