Certain actions such as inviting new users to your account and controlling review moderation settings are only available to the account owner.
To transfer the ownership of your account to a different user, head to the team settings in Junip (https://admin.juniphq.com/settings/team) and use the "Actions" drop down menu next to a current user to transfer the ownership.
If the person you would like to transfer ownership to is not already a user, the current account owner must invite them as a new user. The person must accept the invite and create an account, then the account owner can transfer the ownership.
What happens if the account owner is no longer with the company?
To protect you against email impersonations (which we unfortunately receive many of) and phishing schemes, we cannot transfer account ownership on a company's behalf.
