How to add a Review request reminder

You can send a reminder / follow-up email to customers who haven't left a review after receiving your first review request. The reminder will only go out to customers who didn't submit a review from the initial email, automatically skipping anyone who has already reviewed the products in their order.

Note: this feature is available on the Core and above

Adding the reminder email

Head over to your Junip admin > Flows and click Edit next to the "Post-purchase review request". Under Available actions, click Add next to "Send email > Review request reminder template".

Now you want to click the pen sign next to Conditions to adjust the time delay of your reminder email. We typically recommend sending it 5-7 days after the first email.
