It's important customers have received their product before you request a review from them. You can create different delays for customers who purchase from domestic vs international destinations to account for longer shipping times.
Simply navigate to: https://admin.juniphq.com/messages/flows/55214
Then you need to:
- Edit the Condition on your Post-purchase review request Flow
- Check "Use a different delay for international orders"
- Set your delay
- Set your domestic countries
- Press Save
