It's important customers have received their product before you request a review from them. You can create different delays for customers who purchase from domestic vs international destinations to account for longer shipping times.
Simply navigate to: https://admin.juniphq.com/messages/flows
Then you need to:
Click "Edit" beside your Post-purchase review request Flow
Click the pen icon beside your Conditions box
Check the box that says "Use a different delay for international orders"
Set your international time delay
Add a domestic shipping location (can be more than one)
Note: this is very important to do so that Junip knows which orders to mark as domestic and international. If you enable an international delay and don't specify a domestic shipping location, then all orders will be given a longer international delay
Press Save
