If you have a product that you don't want to be a part of reviews, you can disable it. A common use case here would be digital products like gift cards or shipping insurance. Another scenario for disabling reviews could include test products created during setup or testing.
Disabling a product completely removes it from reviews. Junip will not show up on the website & Junip will not send requests for these products. Additionally, disabling a product only hides its reviews; they are not permanently deleted, offering flexibility in review management.
Head to the products section https://admin.juniphq.com/products of admin, then click on the product you'd like to disable. On the product view, you'll see a button on the top right for More actions, click that and you'll see a dropdown option for Disable reviews.
Clicking that will prompt you to confirm that you'd like to disable reviews.
And then you're done! We'll no longer solicit reviews or display any content on your site for that product. If needed, reviews can be restored by re-enabling them through the same product settings.
