If you have an incentive enabled in Junip, we'll award a customer one discount code per order.

This means that if a customer purchased 3 products in an order and left a review for each of them (aka they left 3 reviews), they will be rewarded 1 discount code in total because all of those reviews are associated to the same order. This means that they will see the same discount code on-screen after they submit each review.
