The outbox is your go-to place to get an idea of the status of all your messages, or events if you're sending through a marketing automation (Attentive, Klaviyo, Postscript etc.). If you go to your Junip admin > Flows/Outbox, you'll see it is divided into three sections: Queue, Sent, and Incomplete. In this help doc, we will go through each of the sections.
Queue
In the queue section, you'll find all the messages or events (if you're using marketing automation) scheduled to get delivered, which is why their 'State' is marked as 'Pending'. The 'Schedule' date/time is determined by the trigger & time delay you have set in your Post-purchase review request flow. The 'Action' field provides insights into whether you're sending through Junip (email sign), or an integration 'Junip - Review Request'. 'Recipient' will show the email address of the customer the request is directed. Lastly, the '...' sign when clicked, will give you the option to 'Send now' (it will immediately send the request so shouldn't be used unless necessary), 'Delay action' (in case there was a delivery delay, you can click this and input how many days you want to delay the request) or 'Cancel action' (to cancel the request from being delivered).
Sent
The sent section of the outbox is divided into 'Events' and 'Messages'. If you're using Junip's email, you'll want to click 'Messages'. In this section you see the 'Date' the message was delivered, the 'Template' used ('Product review' for review request, Review response etc.), the email address of your customers under 'Recipient' and the 'Status' of the messages (Opened, Clicked etc.).
If you're using integrations to send requests, then you'll want to click 'Event'. Same as above, the 'Date' will tell you when the event was delivered to your integration, 'Event' field will tell you the Action (Junip - Review Request for review request, Junip - Review Submitted for Thank you or Incentive email etc.). Under the 'App' field you'll see what integrations were used, while 'Target' displays the customer's email address. The 'Trigger' explains if the event was triggered manually as a test (Manual) or the standard automatic request (Auto). You may still be sending some messages through Junip (Review response, Confirm identity, etc.), so you'll be able to see those by clicking 'Messages'.
Incomplete
In the incomplete section of the outbox, you'll see messages or events that have been skipped/cancelled. If you hover over the 'Cancelled' yellow bubble, it will let you know the reason why they were cancelled. 'Schedule' is the date they were supposed to get delivered, 'Flow' explains which of your Junip flows the message or event belongs to (Post-purchase review request, Post-review actions, etc.), while 'Action' explains the type (Junip email, Junip - Review Request By Campaign etc.).
