Junip comes with a free moderation service that automatically publishes all reviews in real time, while proactively watching out for spam, inappropriate content & other reviews that should be removed according to the FTC's review guidelines: http://ftc.gov/reviews
That system does allow you to flag reviews you think we've missed, but those reviews still need to meet the FTC's guidelines for removal in order to be removed. In the instance you need to flag a review be sure it meets the standards for flagging, and please include any relevant context. The moderation team is separate from our technical support team.
Stores with custom moderation needs

To enable manual moderation:
Navigate to your Moderation settings in the Junip admin panel: https://admin.juniphq.com/settings/moderation
Turn off Junip-managed moderation by unchecking the option labeled “Let Junip handle my review management.”
Once manual moderation is enabled, you can:
Reject individual reviews
Configure rules to hold reviews in a pending state before publishing
By default, Junip enables FTC-compliant automatic moderation, which auto-publishes all legitimate reviews. However, users can switch to manual moderation if they need to have more control over the review approval process. Manual moderation allows merchants to accept or reject reviews themselves directly without routing them to Junip’s moderation team.
Manual moderation is particularly useful for merchants who need to comply with specific industry regulations, such as FDA guidelines for health and wellness brands. This feature allows for greater control over the review approval process, ensuring that all published content aligns with regulatory requirements. Note some Junip features are not available to stores using manual moderation.
